Sign-Up & Onboarding
Sign-up links are now more reliable and efficient.
The onboarding process has been streamlined for a faster and smoother experience for all members.
RiseRooms
RiseRooms are now visible on the homepage and accessible from a dedicated page.
Each RiseRoom now starts with a default welcome post.
Mentors can view a complete list of their assigned RiseRooms.
A new “Mentors” tab has been added to RiseRoom navigation.
Empty RiseRooms now show helpful information to onboard new members effectively.
Groups & Channels
Groups and channels are now displayed separately with clearer layout and navigation.
A “Members” tab is now visible within each group to improve engagement.
Admins can now manage group membership directly.
Posts in groups and channels can now be pinned or unpinned.
Bugs and styling issues across group and channel views have been resolved.
Tasks & Projects
Tasks and projects now have separate routes to improve clarity and navigation.
Tasks support report guidelines and a point of contact field for better structure.
Task report submissions now show success alerts and have a cleaner UI.
Project forms and edit views have been refined with improved modals, layout adjustments, and card-based detail views.
Mentorship
The mentorship dashboard and tools are now fully integrated into the community app, removing the need to switch between apps.
Mentors can access their assignments, mentees, documents, and RiseRooms all in one place.
Mentorship cards are now visible on the homepage for quick access.
The onboarding flow for mentors has been enhanced, including dark mode support.
Mentors can now delete their own notes.
Messaging & Posts
Mentions now display full member names for clarity.
The message modal now includes audience tabs.
Posts can now be pinned in both groups and channels.
Success alerts have been added to post and report submissions.
Image pasting, drag-and-drop, and aspect ratio handling have been improved in messages.
Polls
Polls now use UTC-based end times to ensure consistency.
Layout improvements provide a cleaner experience.
Dark mode support has been added to all poll pages.
Documents & Files
Document drawers, folders, and file previews are now fully styled for dark mode.
PDF previews support pinch-to-zoom, horizontal swipe navigation, and improved gesture handling on mobile.
Scroll and zoom behaviors have been optimized across devices.
Blogs and announcements
The appearance and interactivity of blog posts have been enhanced for a smoother reading and engagement experience.
UI & Navigation
Carousel navigation and page transitions have been improved.
Menu icons have been reorganized and conditions cleaned up.

Dark Mode
Full dark mode support is now available across the entire community app, including onboarding, projects, tasks, chat, tickets, polls, profiles, announcements, blogs, and more.
All core modules and components now respond to dark theme settings.
General Improvements
Various minor bug fixes, locale updates, and UI enhancements have been applied across the platform.

Mentorship Module
- Mentorships now include clear start and end dates — making timelines easier to manage and track.
- Mentorship start and end dates are now clearly shown in the unit drawer on the mentor dashboard — so mentors always know where things stand.
Community Module
- You can now easily view all members linked to a unit directly from the unit table — no more digging around.
- As an admin, you can now view all units linked to a mentor by clicking the assignment number in the mentors table — making it easier to manage and review mentorships at a glance.
Poll Module
- Polls now update properly when changes are made — no more syncing issues.
- Polls are now more visible on the timeline so you won’t miss them.
- Attaching files to polls — and previewing them — is now smoother and more reliable, giving you a better overall experience.
- Fixed some small visual issues in polls to keep things looking sharp.
Project Management Module
- We’ve improved how links are checked in project forms — fewer broken links, smoother submissions.
- Task reports have been polished for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
- Managing files attached to task reports is now easier, and adding them to the document repository works more smoothly — saving you time and clicks.

- Chatting in tickets is now smoother and easier to follow
